A Year of Beauty with Lainie
 
Membership includes one 60-minute appointment slot with Lainie each calendar month and 15% off all retail purchases.
 
1) Choice of Corrective or Relaxing Facial - modality choices: dermaplane, microderm, nano infusion/microchanneling enzyme, chemical peel or 50-min relaxing spa facial with steamed towels and head/neck/shoulder/decollete/scalp massage.
 
2) Choice of Brow, Lip or Chin Wax or Skin Classic Touch Up of One Area 
 
Appointments should be booked two weeks in advance, or more if you need a prime time evening slot, or around the holidays. Limited quantities of each membership are being sold to ensure appointment availability.
VIP Memberships may NOT be shared, transferred or rolled over.
No substititions of other modalities allowed. 
Other modalities may be added on for a small fee.
Some modalities require a specific amount of time in between sessions. Please book accordingly.
 
The Fine Print
 
You may purchase this 2025 VIP Membership for yourself or for a gift for someone else. Just put the recipient's name in the notes below to gift it.
Your Recipient may book this service immediately with Lainie at www.vagaro.com/EvoqueLashAndDaySpa.
An automated email will be sent immediately after purchase with the Gift Card Order Number. That number is all that is needed to redeem the Gift Card. No printouts are necessary.
The 2025 VIP Membership may not be combined with any other sales, specials, deals, gift cards, buyer's bonus rewards or other discounts. 
All sales are final.
Limit 5 Black Friday deals per household.
 
Spa Policies
 
Please note that we adhere to a strict "NO CHILDREN POLICY".
All guests entering the spa suite must be 16 or older.
Clients under 16 may receive services with our approval and must be accompanied by a parent during services.
Only clients receiving services will be permitted in our treatment rooms as extra guests are prohibited per our insurance policy.
Due to the private nature of our services, your eyes being closed, and the tranquil environment needed for everyone to have a relaxing spa experience, we request that no children or extra guests accompany you to your appointments as this can take away from other clients' relaxing experiences as well as interrupting our services. We strive to provide personal, relaxing attention to each of our clients.
 
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy as we cannot always fill vacancies with less than 48-hour notice.
Any VIP appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
Any VIP appointments that are "no showed" will be forfeited for that calendar month.
