FAQs

What is the best way to schedule an appointment?

Click on the "Request an Appointment" button above the FAQs section. 
You will create your profile in our booking app and see our current appointment availability. We do require a card on file to book all appointments, even if you have a prepaid gift card, as late cancellations or no shows will incur a fee to reschedule to use the gift card.

What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly request that any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments be made at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made within this 48-hour window may incur a rescheduling or cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our time effectively and accommodate all of our clients who fit us into their busy schedules. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.


Will I be comfortable during the head spa session?

Absolutely! You will be lying down on a comfortable spa bed with a warming blanket, hot pad for your stomach, bolster under your knees and warm, fuzzy socks. The head spa sink is flush with the spa bed and your head will be on a soft rubber pillow over the sink while you are lying flat. 


What if I have hair extensions?

If you currently have hair extensions, the best option would be to schedule this service the day before a move up so you can remove the extensions for our service & have them put back in the next day. We can do a modified service with gentler pressure & no combing or scraping of the scalp. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any potential damage to your extensions during the service. If you are a gift card recipient, you may also choose to redeem your gift card for any other services offered by Evermore Esthetics.


What if I have dandruff, psoriasis, eczema, etc?

We have protocols for most scalp conditions. You are still a perfect candidate for this treatment!

Will you dry my hair before I leave?

To maximize the benefits of our head spa treatments, we do not blow-dry your hair after your head spa session. This allows the nourishing products to fully absorb into your scalp. Applying heat directly after scalp treatments is not recommended, as it can potentially irritate the scalp.

Do I need to fill out any forms before my appointment?

To ensure we provide a personalized and exceptional experience, we ask our clients to complete a Preference Questionnaire. This brief survey allows us to understand your unique preferences, needs, and expectations, enabling us to tailor our services specifically to you. Once your appointment request has been accepted, we will forward the link to the Preference Questionaire to you. Please make sure it is completed 24 hours before your appointment.
Minors will need a parent to accompany them to their first appointment and sign their intake form.

​Please note that we adhere to a strict "NO CHILDREN POLICY" .

We have limited seating in our waiting room and ten providers seeing clients daily.

All guests entering the spa suite must be 16 or older.

Clients under 16 may receive services with our approval and must be accompanied by a parent.

Children and/or entourages will not be allowed to accompany you to your appointments.

Due to the private nature of our services and the tranquil environment needed for everyone to have a relaxing spa experience...

We request that no children or extra guests accompany you to your appointments, phones are on silent and put away, and voices are kept quiet...as this can take away from other clients' experiences as well as interrupting our services.
